3. Disclaimers: Loan Approvals & Government Sanctions

Bhura Consultancy operates with absolute transparency. Clients must take note of the following express terms:

  • Sole Discretion of Lenders: All loan sanctions, credit limits, interest rates, collateral requirements, and disbursements remain under the sole, unfettered discretion of the financing banks, financial institutions, or NBFCs. Bhura Consultancy does not approve or disburse credit.
  • Sole Discretion of Government Bodies: All capital subsidies, interest subsidies, and fiscal incentives are granted and disbursed at the sole discretion of the respective central or state government departments (such as MSME, DIC, or Ministry of Finance) based on budget availability and statutory scrutiny.
  • No Guarantee of Sanction or Quantum: While Bhura Consultancy applies 15+ years of domain expertise and a 2,500+ client track record to optimize documentation, we make no representation, guarantee, or warranty regarding guaranteed loan approval or subsidy release.

To ensure compliant and expeditious financial advisory processing, the client agrees to:

  • Provide genuine, accurate, authentic, and complete information, books of accounts, tax returns, machinery quotation invoices, and statutory licenses.

  • Promptly provide supplementary records or clarifications requested by bank credit committees or government subsidy verification officers.
  • Acknowledge that Bhura Consultancy shall bear zero liability for application rejections, delays, blacklisting, or penalties resulting from incorrect, fraudulent, or delayed data submitted by the client.

5. Professional Fees & Retainer Terms

Our advisory engagements are structured under agreed professional fee arrangements:

  • Engagement Retainers: Upfront retainer fees and report preparation charges (such as DPR or CMA fees) compensate the research, modeling, and documentation labor invested by our team. These fees are non-refundable once work commences.
  • Milestone & Processing Fees: Success-linked advisory or liaison fees become due upon achievement of the milestone specified in the signed service mandate.
  • External Charges: Government portal statutory fees, stamp duties, franking charges, valuation surveyor fees, and chartered engineer certificate charges are directly payable by the client.

Detailed Project Reports and CMA data prepared for a specific client are licensed solely for the client's stated loan/subsidy proposal with the designated financial institution, and may not be resold or repurposed for third parties without prior written consent.
